INFORMATION

"Coach D" is from SoMD and attended Thomas Stone High School (TSHS) where she was a 3-sport athlete  and was inducted into the Hall of Fame.  She received a full scholarship to play volleyball in college from 1998-2002 at NCA&TSU where she received Freshman Student-Athlete of the Year and MEAC Utility Player of the Year as well as other accolades. Coach D turned her love for playing into a love for coaching and came back home as an Asst./Head Coach at TSHS for 9 years.  She then started "Little Spikes", a League and Camp beginning at the age of 4 which is one of the few in the country to start at that young of an age.  Coach D then became an Asst Coach with HHS and soon became the Head Coach.  Coach D works as an engineer/program manager and is married with 2 children who share in her of love of sports.
